  • Made to order and prepared without preservatives, it is best kept chilled in an airtight container in the refrigerator. For the finest texture and flavor, allow it to rest at room temperature for about one hour before serving.

  • Made with only ten staple pantry ingredients, our budin begins with locally baked bread made right here in Long Island City, Queens.  We then add evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, California raisins, brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. 

    Allergen disclaimer: This product is made in a facility where tree nuts, shellfish, peanuts, and sesame are present.
